Both hemp and CBD oil come from the hemp plant. But CBD is pressed from the flowers, leaves and stems of industrial hemp plants that are rich in CBD.

Hemp oil contains oil from the hemp seeds of the plant and does not contain any measurable amount of CBD. It's important to be wary of any products that claim to be hemp oils and specify a CBD mg amount on the product.

To be safe, always make sure to check the 3rd party lab reports.
