We process Brand Ambassador rewards on the last Friday of every month, so if you have earned yourself a reward on the 10th of the month for example, we'll look to process it at the end of the month.
We'll make sure you are notified when we ship via DPD and you will receive an email from DPD with shipment tracking information, so please make sure your shipping information is correct!
