The recommended directions for use are 5g of powder per day, which is equivalent to 1 of the full scoops that are included with each product for free.
We recommend sticking to the 5g per day and not going over, as the magnesium powder has been carefully formulated to supplement your magnesium levels and aid sleep cycle.
Add 1 scoop or 5g to your drink, 30 minutes before bed. Some ideas for drinks you can add to:
- Glass of water: most popular option, the powder is mixed with natural orange peel powder to give it a citrus taste
- Boiling water: similar to how you would take a Lemsip, drinking it hot can also help induce relaxation before bed.

Bear in mind that the magnesium sleep powder has an orange taste to it and is designed to be drinkable on its own without having to add it to a smoothie.
