The good part, is that once explained, measuring Evopure CBD is straightforward to understand.
Each Evopure CBD bottle is 10ml, containing 20 full pipettes worth of CBD in each bottle, meaning that per full pipette you get:
500mg Bottle = 25mg per pipette
1000mg Bottle = 50mg per pipette
2000mg Bottle = 100mg per pipette
Once you know how much mg is contained in a full pipette, it's simply a case of dividing the full pipette to consume the desired dosage.
For example, if your bottle is 500mg and you extract a full pipette, then:
- 1/4 Pipette = 6-7mg CBD
- 1/2 Pipette = 12-13mg CBD
- 3/4 Pipette = 18-19mg CBD
New to CBD? We typically recommend starting off with a daily dosage of 10-15mg per day (e.g. half a full pipette of the 500mg) before building up gradually in increments of 5mg until you reach your desired dosage.
To give yourself the best chance of CBD having a wellness boosting effect, make sure you:
- Take it at consistent intervals during the day
- Give at least 10 days of regular use to help the CBD have its full effect
- If taking in capsule form, take after having food to help improve the CBD bioavailability
