The average daily dose of CBD per person varies depending on factors such as:

To find your optimum dosage, it's best to test out different daily dosages and find out the mg amount that achieves your desired effect.
If you are new to CBD, start with between 10-15mg of CBD per day for at least the first week, making sure you:
