How to use CBD balm

Before using the CBD balm, clean and dry the affected area.

Apply a thin layer of the CBD balm to the required area using gentle circular motions or massaging it in.

Whether you leave the balm or massage it in is primarily down to personal preference. However, massaging the CBD balm may help adequately cover the affected area whilst providing some physical massage benefits.

Once the balm is fully absorbed, leave it for at least one hour up to a day.

When to use CBD balm

For the best results, apply the CBD rub to the affected area 2 - 3 times daily.

You can use the balm morning and night, after physical activity, or anytime you experience muscle soreness, joint inflammation or localised discomfort.
