There is no exact answer for how much CBD oil to take, as the ideal dosage per person varies depending on factors such as age, weight, experience with CBD and the desired effect.

If you are new to CBD, we recommend starting with a low dosage and increasing it gradually until you reach your ideal dosage.
Start by taking 10-15 mg of CBD daily, then gradually increase it by 5 mg. Wait a few days between each increase to determine the effects of the increase.
Continue increasing the dosage until you reach a point where there are no more improvements in how you feel. Then you know you’ve reached the ideal dosage.
Measure your dosage
Now that you know how much CBD to use, the next step is measuring it with the pipette.
Each Evopure CBD bottle is 10ml, containing 20 full pipettes filled to the black rim. So, per pipette, you get
500mg Bottle = 25mg CBD per pipette
1000mg Bottle = 50mg CBD per pipette
2000mg Bottle = 100mg CBD per pipette
Once you know the mg of CBD in a pipette, it's simply a case of dividing the pipette to consume the desired dosage.
For example, if your bottle is 500mg and you extract a full pipette of 25mg CBD, then:
- 1/4 Pipette = 25mg x 1/4 = 6 to 7mg CBD
- 1/2 Pipette = 25mg x 1/2 = 12 to 13 mg CBD
- 3/4 Pipette = 25mg x 3/4 = 18 to 19 mg CBD
How to take CBD oil
The best way to take CBD oil is sublingual. This avoids your stomach acid to make the CBD more bioavailable and allows the CBD to enter your bloodstream quickly and get to work fast.
- Measure your desired dose of CBD with the pipette.
- Place the CBD under your tongue and keep it there for 60 to 90 seconds.
- Swallow the remaining CBD.
